Online registration is a two step process.

·        Step 1: Pre-register at www.eAYSO.org  an online pre-registration system provided by AYSO National.

If you registered last year, log on to your account and update the player registration form. Update your volunteer application form (you must complete a volunteer application if you wish to volunteer as a commissioner, coach, assistant coach, referee, and/or team parent) if applicable. If you are not vounteering for any of the positions mentioned a volunteer application is not required.

If your pre-registration is new, please create an account with eAYSO at the website above.

·        Step 2: Download and print a player registration form for each child after it has been updated/completed, and a volunteer form for yourself (if you wish to volunteer as mentioned above), mail all forms with payment to Manhattan Kickers Soccer Club, Peter Stuyvesant Station, PO Box 1284, New York, New York 10009.

Note: eAYSO Security:

eAYSO is a secure network. No unauthorized user can enter the network and access to information is virtually impossible. Social Security Numbers (SSN), Drivers License (DL) numbers and/or State ID fields are stored in the database using industry-standard 128 bit encryption. With these levels of security, MKSC is confident that the eAYSO site is secure. Additionally, whenever this information is displayed in a lookup screen, the sensitive and personal information is blocked out.  Only 2 individuals in the National AYSO office have access rights to view the full SSN and/or DL #.

Step 1 - Pre-registration

·        All players must be pre-registered at www.eAYSO.org via the internet

Users must access the eAYSO website with Internet Explorer version 6.0 and above, Netscape version 6.2 and above, or Firefox version 1.0 and above. The website does not function properly with other browsers. There is additional information about using eAYSO at the eAYSO Instructions page on this website.

·        All volunteers (commissioners, coaches, assistant coaches, and referees) must register as volunteers on eAYSO

·        After you pre-register your players(s) on eAYSO, please print out one copy each of your players(s) pre-registration form and your volunteer form and mail them with payment to the address indicated above or drop off all documents on one of the pre-registration dates

Step 2 - Payment

You can only pay your registration fees by check or cash through the mail.

·        The fee is $150 for the first player and $120.00 for each additional player in the family until May 25, 2010.

  • Registration after May 25, 2010: Add $20.00 for each player

·        Mail all items listed below to complete your registration.

-         eAYSO player pre-registration form

-         eAYSO volunteer pre-registration form

-         Payment (check or cash, credit cards not accepted)

A call from your child’s coach will alert you to his or her placement on a team. If you have not heard from a coach by September 7, 2010, please contact the division commissioner listed on the Coaching Staff page for your child’s division.

Late Player Registration and Wait List Policy

Registration closes on May 25, 2010 and re-opens June 1, 2010. At that time, the total number of teams in each age-gender division is determined, based on current registrations, past experience, and field availability.

Late player registrations will be accepted. If space is available, players who register late will be assigned to a team in the order that fully completed applications, forms and proper payment are received.

If no space is available, or when teams have been filled, late registrations will be placed on a wait list.

If an opening develops in a division, the first player on the wait list with a similar skill rating will be placed on the team. This player might NOT be the absolute first player on the list. This procedure is used to maintain team balance.

All players who are not assigned to a team will be notified by September 15 and given a full refund.

Special requests will be difficult to acknowledge. The U8 (Bantam) Division is an exception to this policy. All requests must accompany this registration form on a separate sheet of paper, post-it or email to be considered.

High School Players

Community service credit and a full fee refund (after officiating at 10 games) are available to all High School aged players who take the Youth Ref Course and volunteer to referee.

Special Note about Web Browsers

We strongly recommend using Internet Explorer or anything other than an AOL browser to print eAYSO forms. Other browsers may not work reliably.

Macintosh Users - Safari or OmniWeb will allow you to access eAYSO to fill out the forms but you probably won't be able to print using these browsers. We recommend Firefox, a free download.
